What is covered

Loss of a piece, or damage to a piece and its contents caused by handling or transit, up to £50 per piece. A piece is each box, bag, suitcase, bike or furniture item on your booking.

What is not covered

• Items on the prohibited list, and damage they cause to other items.
• Damage from poor packing: unboxed fragiles, overfilled bags, boxes over 30 kg.
• Pre-existing damage, and normal wear to the outside of suitcases and boxes.
• Anything worth more than £50: carry it with you instead. We are a shuttle for boxes and bags, not a fine art carrier, and we would rather tell you that now.

How to claim

Note any damage with the driver at delivery, then email hello@scotlandshuttle.co.uk within 48 hours with your reference, photos and what happened. Claims are settled within 14 days.

Pack well, label every piece with your reference, and the odds are overwhelming that none of this page will ever matter to you.
