Kerbside: you bring everything to your front door and one driver loads. Assisted: a two-person crew carries from inside, any floor. A piece is any box, bag or suitcase up to 30 kg. Standard cover of £50 per piece is included. Prices include VAT and are the same in both directions.

When does my shipment leave London?
We collect on Wednesday, consolidate at our Oxfordshire hub, then deliver in Edinburgh on the Thursday morning of the following week's run.
Can I send a bike with my boxes?
Yes, bikes travel as their own item type. Pedals off and saddle down helps, and tape any loose parts to the frame.
