Covering: Grangemouth, Glensburgh, Bowhouse.
The local landmark: Zetland Park and its restored Victorian Grand Fountain sit at the heart of the town, beneath Grangemouth's famous industrial skyline.
On the ground: Mostly flat streets of terraces, semis and four-in-a-block flats, so kerbside access is straightforward. Kerbside works well here: have everything at the door and the driver loads.
While you wait for the van: The Charlotte Dundas, one of the world's first practical steamboats, was trialled on the Forth and Clyde Canal at Grangemouth in the early 1800s.
