Covering: Denny, Dunipace, Fankerton, Stoneywood, Head of Muir.
The local landmark: The twin towns face each other across the River Carron, with Carron Valley Reservoir in the hills to the west.
On the ground: Town centre terraces, council built semis and newer hillside estates, nearly all with street level front doors. Kerbside works well here: have everything at the door and the driver loads.
While you wait for the van: Denny was a paper making town for generations, and the Carrongrove mill beside the Carron kept working until 2005.
